- Remove wheels and rear brake drums(if applicable) to inspect brake condition. Adjust rear brake shoes if necessary. Inspect entire system for leaks.
- Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. PH balance coolant to between 9.8 to 10.5. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Chec
- Road test and verify engine performance, transmission operation, and shift patterns. Flush transmission which includes: flushing of transmission cooler, cooler lines, valve body, and torque converter. Flush all contaminated fluid out and replace with new fluid
- SPARK PLUGS – Remove & Replace
- MOUNT & BALANCE 2 TIRES
- Clean gum and soft carbon deposit from fuel delivery components and inside combustion chamber. Perform complete fuel pressure and volume test. Road test vehicle.
- Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check caster and camber angles and adjust as required. Check and set toe-in as required. Center steering wheel.
